Dr. Dustin L. Vaughan brings more than twenty years of healthcare experience to his work as a physician, educator, and clinician. His career began in emergency medicine — as a firefighter, paramedic, and Level-1 trauma responder — where he developed a rigorous, systems-level understanding of human physiology and acute care.
He holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) and is a Florida-licensed Acupuncture Physician with a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine. His clinical practice centers on pain management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and integrative sports medicine. In parallel, he serves as a Supervising Physician at the Florida College of Integrative Medicine and as a paramedic and EMT instructor at Lake Technical College — training both the next generation of integrative providers and front-line emergency responders.
His work sits at the intersection of Eastern medicine and Western clinical science, informed equally by advanced academic training and two decades of hands-on patient care.
